hostedemail.com is OpenSRS's email hosting services. I think the manually blacklisted means a recipient has blacklisted your server's address or IP. You can setup a feedback loop here:

Thank you for your reply. Senderscore is 84. About hostedemail.com unfortunately I am not OpenSRS reseller, I have already try to contact the recipient's hosting company but dead end, no answer. Any other way to remove blacklist?

There are a bunch of complaints about the urbl.hostedemail.com blacklist - namely because options to be removed are limited. The FBL that @rackaid provided would be the best bet - otherwise you're at the mercy of the recipient domain. Just in case you're not, do ensure that you have the proper records as listed here: How to Keep Your Email Out of the Spam Folder | cPanel & WHM Documentation

@Maning Did you manage to get this fixed by contacting opensrs? If yes, how did you contact them, by the help email address? We have the same issue, at least on one server, which had the ip already listed manually before we got the ip. So our issue started as soon as we had to move to the server with this ip address. Before on the old ip we never had issues and we obey all rules, regulations and RFC's with the mailservers. So we're looking for a solution too, to get our ip removed.
