Manually blacklisted
I get this error when a customer trying to send email (to a couple email addresses):
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [IP] blocked using urbl.hostedemail.com; Your IP has been manually blacklisted
Is there anyway to remove blacklist, I checked if the IP is blacklisted on lists but was not.

Thank you for your reply. Senderscore is 84. About hostedemail.com unfortunately I am not OpenSRS reseller, I have already try to contact the recipient's hosting company but dead end, no answer. Any other way to remove blacklist? 0 -
There are a bunch of complaints about the urbl.hostedemail.com blacklist - namely because options to be removed are limited. The FBL that @rackaid provided would be the best bet - otherwise you're at the mercy of the recipient domain. @Maning Did you manage to get this fixed by contacting opensrs? If yes, how did you contact them, by the help email address? We have the same issue, at least on one server, which had the ip already listed manually before we got the ip. So our issue started as soon as we had to move to the server with this ip address. Before on the old ip we never had issues and we obey all rules, regulations and RFC's with the mailservers. So we're looking for a solution too, to get our ip removed. 0
