cPanel Service SSL Certificate Warnings

Issue - #1 I have got this mail today available in image. Why am I getting this mail again and again? please help me to solve this issue. Issue - #2 I have one more issue from long time that I can't upload more than 20 images in one time by php multiple upload file script. the same script running fine on my other server.
