License upgrading or changing provider

If a different provider tries to license the IP, they can initiate a transfer of it. Your current provider is notified and they can release the IP, or if there is no response, after I believe 3 days, then it is automatically released to the new provider. You will want to discuss with your new provider before ordering because this may not be a completely automatic process. To be a Partner NOC, I believe the minimum spend is $500 a month.

@GOT is correct, I'd clarify with the new reseller all the details if you're not able to get the current one to get back to you. The Partner NOC application can be found here and Partner NOC Application Form The prerequisite for becoming a Partner NOC. An ongoing monthly commitment of USD 500.00 (USD 200.00 in Developing Countries**).

Thank you for the answers. Monthly commitment is not a problem as we are way past that. We need to think about that in near future. Thanks.

Hello, i have the same problem. I have changed the license provider. Before i have renewed licenses from a cpanel account, now i have got licenses from Panellicense. Even though i see that license specifications are the same as previous license i got an error: License User Limit Exceeded 115 users exist on this server, but the current license allows only 100 users. Because of this excess, this server has locked all cPanel users out of their accounts. To resolve this issue, perform one of the following:

You have to contact you license provider for an upgraded license as your license is limited to 100 accounts. Only your license provider can do this.
