Hello, When you do a DNS lookup for your domain from somewhere outside the server like intodns.com or leafdns.com do the nameservers and associated records come back all good?

Tanks for your reply. Yes, in intodns.com or leafdns.com the nameservers are correct. Its the custom namservers from my CPanel server. Only MX records got an error "The MX records that do not seem valid hostname: a1.spambusters.email n1.spambusters.email This can cause problems " I dont have any MX A record pointing to my server. I dont know if that cause problems for my issue?!...All the other things the lookup tell me that are all good. Thanks!

Hello, Do those MX records point to where you get your mail? Furthermore, do the nameservers you created and that show in the report actually resolve to your server?

No. Those MX are pointing the spambusters servers.
nameservers you created and that show in the report actually resolve to your server?

Yes. the two nameservers are pointing to my dedicated IP / Server.

No. Those MX are pointing the spambusters servers.

It's clear where they're pointing what I'm saying is, is that a valid mail location, i.e., do you need to change the mx records to be valid? If they're valid, it's fine to use a spam filter service for mail. What's set for Mail Exchanger for the domain when you go to WHM>>DNS Functions>>Edit DNS Zone? This shouldn't affect whether or not the domain is reporting as having it's DNS managed on the server or not but I'm curious. You note the following:
I have a dedicated server with an fixed public IP Adrress assigned to the server

Are you NAT routed with a 1:1 configuration? (1 Private IP which corresponds to 1 Public IP)

yes they are valid and working.

    xxxx.xx. 14400 IN MX 10 a1.spambusters.email. xxxx.xx. 14400 IN MX 20 n1.spambusters.email.

I have a router with a fixed IP. I need that router because i have my VPN configured on it. My Server are connected to that router with internal IP adress type 168.192.x.x and my router is pointing to the internet server IP in DMZ config. Thanks !

Why you have it isn't necessarily important in this contact, but whether or not it's properly configured is. In the instance that the DNS records are valid and you're receiving this error, in a lot of cases it's due to improperly NAT routed systems. What is the output of the following: cat /var/cpanel/cpnat
(remove your public IP from the output before posting) Does cPanel recognize that you're NAT routed properly? If the above file doesn't exist or if it is blank what is the output of the following: /scripts/build_cpnat

    cat /var/cpanel/cpnat

    output: 192.168.0.12 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    /scripts/build_cpnat

Give me the same result Thanks.

I'll bet its a hairpinning (NAT loopback) issue. It might be the most efficient route to resolve this issue if you open a ticket.

Hi cPanelLauren, thanks for your help and pointing the right direction for solving the problem...I check the possibility to input the hairpinning in my router but the router dont have that kind of configuration (unfurtunily). So i ask my ISP one more fixed IP and make my server connect directly in that public IP, solving my problem. Everything is working fine now. Thanks.
