Can you explain why the iframe was used to begin with? An alias or parked domain should display the site it's parked on top of by default. I also want to point out that while I did remove the actual domain names, I checked the domains before i did so and they both appear identical.

Hi Lauren, I don't know why a iframe was used to begin with. The developer did that (who has how passed away so can't ask him) The issue is that on the mobile version, especially on iPhone, that main domain shows correctly but for some reason on the parked domain it is not rendering correctly. How do I do the alias? Do I do it on the main domain to send to the parked domain? Forgive me, am new to all this! Thanks

Hello, I checked on my iphone and I can see what you mean now. An Alias Domain and a Parked domain are different words for the same thing, you noted that the site was parked on the main site. This should allow it to function the same in both instances. Are you certain you're using an alias/parked domain for this or just the iframe? You can see this by going to cPanel>>Domains>>Aliases

On the main domain, there is no alias setup. The second domain is parked under the same account but has a different cpanel login. The parked domain has .htacess file and index.html - this is where the iframe is placed currently. If I want to do the alias, I would go on the main domain and alias to the parked domain or the other way round? Main domain to point to parked domain or other way? Thanks

Hello, Yea, you'd just park the secondary domain on top of the primary domain. That way when you view the second domain you'll see the primary domain. The one thing you need to be aware of though, is that if the domain exists already on the server (which it does) you'll need to remove it in order to properly add it as a parked domain. But, before you do anything I want you to look at the domains again because I'm looking at them with the phone view through chrome (using iPhone X emulation) and it's showing me the same site, the issue that was present yesterday does not seem to be present today. See the screenshot below for reference.
