Backup manager disabled (screenshot attached)

Hi all, On one of my VPS, the backup manager is disabled. Although I've got root access, I can'e enable it. I reckon I need to SSH in and make a change somewhere. Can anyone please tell me what can be done? Cheers K

  Hello, If you look at the disabled feature list is the backup manager included there?

  @cPanelLauren Thanks so much. It was disabled indeed. It seems the VPS provider was quite nasty to disable this feature. Time to move away from them!
