  Hello, Is it just Yahoo you're experiencing the issue with? If so you may want to look at first ensuring you're following the best practices for mail as listed here: How to Keep Your Email Out of the Spam Folder | cPanel & WHM Documentation Then if you're sure you're following those guidelines you may want to next look at contacting Yahoo's postmaster to identify why attempts to email them are timing out. Otherwise there's not enough information in this error to provide you with a reason why your mail to yahoo is not reaching them.
