spamd.service failed because a configured resource limit was exceeded

Hello, Spamd is restarting constantly but failing to recover. The output of: systemctl restart spamd
is: spamd.service failed because a configured resource limit was exceeded
When I issue command: systemctl status spamd.service
I get:

Note that both Enable Apache SpamAssassin" spam filter and Enable Apache SpamAssassin" Spam Box delivery for messages marked as spam (user configurable) are enabled in tweak setting. I also installed OSM from Configserver.com I would appreciate your insight. Thank you
