What do I need to change the settings so the subdomain address puts it at the beginning of the web address, not the end?

Yes, I used the cPanel to add the subdomains. I can see the subdomain folder (called "new") inside the public.html folder. I was expecting the URL format to be works. I've done the exact same thing with another site using a different hosting provider with success....so maybe it's something I need to bring up with this provider. 0 -
