Setting up email account to have multiple passwords

I recently got a request from a client asking if it were possible to set up multiple passwords for a single email account, so in case they lose the password, they don't have to change that password on the other devices that are automatically being signed in. Alternatively, is there a way to decrypt the password that located in /home/#user/etc/#domain/shadow Kind Regards
