Cpanel DNSOnly disable use of port 443 by cpanel apache

I have a CpanelDNSOnly network for DNS redundant for my Cpanel servers, some weeks ago I have get an issue with other software install due Cpanel start using the port 443 that I use, all this star when I navigate [mod note: removed links] I have try to found the Apache file but I cant find it, do you know there is to disable the use of this port and allow me to use by other app.
