Maria DB is runnning but PID can not be found netconsole not loaded

Hi I am getting Maria DB is runnning but PID can not be found netconsole not loaded I recreated the PID file var/run/mysql/mysqld.pid and granted ownership to mysql Even after restarting sql i get the same error?
