Cpanel Users Send Email To Specific Domains

Hello, I would like to apply setting for one of my user account. For example he has 15 email accounts created. They want 5 email accounts send emails to only specific emails or domains. Rest discard messages. Rest 10 send emails to anywhere. Is it anyhow possible please?
