Sending Certain Email Addresses via Smart Host

Hello! I'm trying to configure SendInBlue through Exim to send certain email addresses through Send In Blue. For example, I want a handful of email addresses to send through SendInBlue and others not. a@domain.com -> send through SIB b@domain.com -> send through Exim c@domain.com -> send through SIB I know there is a way of doing it using a smart host with route_data configuration but I tried it a few moments ago with some various instructions around the web but when I tried to send a test email it bounced saying the receiver was unroutable. Any help would be appreciated!
