cpanel API question

Hi I'm not sure if this is in the right forum, but can someone tell me the difference between uapi install_ssl and whmapi1 installssl. Thanks

  uapi, in general, is specific for a cPanel account - usable for cPanel users whmapi1 can only be run by the root user They both install a certificate and essentially perform the same job though.
