Should I reuse the Nameservers when using DNS Clustering?

Without a DNS cluster you'd want to use ns3.server.com and ns4.server.com and give them their own A records that point to the new server. With A DNS cluster you could take ns1.server.com and ns2.server.com and assign them to the DNS servers, then use them for all the domains on any webserver that's in the same cluster.

I appreciate your response. And just to clarify, I can keep the new server with its own ns3 and ns4 on after enabling the DNS cluster? Thanks!

You definitely can, you'd just want to change the IP's to the ones that are associated with the DNS Server/s
