Hello, This is almost definitely why emails are being flagged as spam. In order to change the PTR record you'll need to contact your provider in most cases they do not delegate access to any users to make these changes.

Ok so now i got this error: The system sends "cp02.ourdomain.dk""s outgoing email from the "XXX" IP address. The only PTR value for this IP address must be "static.[reverse-ip].clients.your-server.de". This is the name that this server sends with SMTP"s "HELO" command to send "cp02.ourdomain.dk""s outgoing email. 1 unexpected PTR value exists for this IP address:
    • cp02.ourdomain.dk
To fix this problem, replace all PTR records for "[reverse-ip].in-addr.arpa" with the following record at "ns.second-ns.com", "ns1.your-server.de", and "ns3.second-ns.de": How do i go about getting WHM to use the new PTM?

Ahh this is because it's looking at /etc/mailhelo most likely. What's present in that file?

I think you are right. I got "*: static.122.210.202.116.clients.your-server.de" in /etc/mailhelo Should i delete or change this? Our hostname is cp02.yourhostname.dk :)

You should update that file to your hostname :) It will update automatically but best in this situation if you manually update it.
