Internal error when remove Subdomain

Hello I'm manually remove domain folder from UserData folder now i cant remove Subdomain from Subdomain List in root whm, Because i cant create Account with this domain and show me this error : The domain "com" already exists in the userdata.
Can you please help me How solved issues? Thank you

  Hello, You should absolutely not ever manually remove a domain or its files. The appropriate way to do this is through the user interface or using the API. The easiest way to resolve this would be to re-add the domain's folder then remove it through the interface, otherwise you'll need to remove any and all references to the domain in userdata and rebuild the userdata.
