Need help in transferring my users to new server

Hey there, pardon me if it's not the right section to post. I run a reseller hosting business, I bought the reseller from a company and now I have to switch to another company . I don't have any root access to whm so I'm confused how do I transfer cpanels . I've followed some guides but none helped . There's no backup wizard on my current host. Can someone guide please me .
