Apex domain name was considered unsafe by google

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm not quite familiar with DNS. I was trying to deploy my website, and I get the following issues. When typing: [1] root.com.au [2] www.root.com.au [3] The link was considered unsafe, and I have no idea why this happens. I tried to configure the redirection so that [4] will redirect to [3], Therefore, I'd like to know if this type of redirection is supported by cPanel? And if so, how can I make it? Could anyone walk me through this step by step? Thanks and kind regards, Anson
