Fatal Error

Fatal Error During investigation into why my site is so slow I found the following message - A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive cPanel cannot be executed standalone. It must be run from cpsrvd or xml-api. This check can be disabled in Tweak Settings. at cpanel.pl line 3623. at cpanel.pl line 3623. cpanel::cpanel::printanddie("cPanel cannot be executed standalone. It must be run from cp"...) called at cpanel.pl line 4564 cpanel::cpanel::parent_check() called at cpanel.pl line 835 cpanel::cpanel::script("cpanel::cpanel", "/var/installatron/cache/tq_964b77a4deb44f138a2b2bddfd210c93") called at cpanel.pl line 323 There is also two public_ html files. Could this be the reason. Any information on a fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
