    That indicates that some portion of the update failed, there should be an error in the log higher up in the output that indicates what the error was specifically.

    thanks for the replay. the provided log is the entire log, it doesn't have anything else higher up

    Hello, The entirety of the log as found here? /var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1585726978.log

    i opened the log and it has only the text provided (nothing more)....the Support Ticket ID is: 93468721

    I checked in on this ticket and part of this issue is a result of the version of cPanel you're using being end of like (11.40) our analysts were suggesting that you update prior to any further modifications being made - you wouldn't be able to move to the most recent version but they did provide you the steps to get to the LTS version which supports EA3
