Updated root password via WHM and anything now

Hey, I updated my root password via WHM and within 2 minutes I noticed that I can't login via SHH, FTP and I'm getting "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" when I try to access WHM again. The website is however still working normally. Does someone know what is going on?

  is cphulk on? Can you get in to whm to turn it off?
