Hello, The notifications for AutoSSL will go to one of 2 places: For users: The user's email address in Contact Information within their cPanel For Server Admins: This will go to the primary contact address for the server or what you've set at WHM>>Server Contacts>>Contact Manager

Thank you for the explanation. Can we modify the sender's email address or we have to leave it to a default value?

Our client also couldn't understand how did the system pull out the email address for each user. Because in the user's contact settings, the email address mismatch the one he received the notification.

I see. But the strange thing is there's only one email address defined in that field and the customer received the notification in their domain's mailbox. Let me show you the email which the customer received. I also noticed the domain of autoossl is a .ru prefix. Is that normal? This is not normal at all this is a spam email. This is not from cPanel, nor do I believe that it is related to your server at all, it's an attempt to get you to click on that link and enter in information. There is another of report of this occurring here with some further information as well:
