cPanel email going to spam?

Hi, Our server has a problem for a few months now. When we send a e-mail from any domain on our server it going direcly to the spamfolder (Outlook.com, GMail, Hotmail) We have: SPF, DKIM and DMARC and a Reverse DNS. We try already to follow this guide :
