    Hello, Have you made any permissions/ownership changes? I've seen this occur when the ownership of files on the server has been changed to a non-privileged user. What's the output of the following? stat /usr/local/cpanel

    Hello, Thanks! I checked in on this today and found that the analyst discovered the license log had become corrupted which could be a sign of disk issues. He was able to resolve the immediate issue by moving aside the current log file.
