Automatically disables Reseller Privileges in Modify an Account

Hello Dears I am a server admin. I have a server and I have activated resellers. (Approximately 20 pieces) For a few days now, some of the resellers have been completely randomly removed from the Reseller Privileges in the Modify an Account section, and all of its user have been moved to root. This happened to my 8 reseller. One of them every day Please help me This has hurt me a lot. Best regards

  No, you should not ever provide login information to your server through the forums. If you don't know how to check this on your own I would advise you to open a support ticket using the instructions in the link in my signature.
