How to configure server with IPv4/IPv6 support

Hi everyone. I need to configure my server for be able to listen IPv6 and IPv4 connections at the same domains, because it is listening just for IPv4 users and rejects IPv6 requests. I don't know how to do it, and the web forums confused me. Which is the step-by-step process to do it correctly? Thank you.
