Backup won't restore
We are attempting to restore a customer's account using a backup that we moved from another server (servers are identical). We got this bizarre error:

Glad you were able to recover it and thanks for the link to the tool, we don't necessarily allow 3rd party links but I'll leave it in this instance as I can see its value. 0
