  Hi, I am getting the exact same error site.com works site.com/about throws the exact same 500 Internal error as reported above. and I got the below from my logs, please help, All my files are of permission 0775 File "../3.6/lib/python3.6/site-packages/flask/templating.py", line 89, in _get_source_fast App 732505 output: raise TemplateNotFound(template) App 732505 output: jinja2.exceptions.TemplateNotFound: home.html Project path /home/{user}/{path} -- {app}.py -- passenger_wsgi.py -- .htaccess -- templates -- static v env path: /home/{user}/virtualenv/{path}/3.6 Regards Abin

  You'd need to speak to your provider - being a website owner you wouldn't have the access necessary to check the logs or make changes to this either.
