exim & mail queue problem
Hi!
After instal mailscanner plugin I have had problem with mail queue.
If I run commanda I get that below
exim -bp|exiqsumm
Count Volume Oldest Newest Domain
----- ------ ------ ------ ------
---------------------------------------------------------------
0 0 0m 0000d TOTAL
or
If run exim -bp I nothing get.
but I have any mail in queue.
cat /var/spool/exim/msglog/4/1iICO4-003pFj-Gt
2019-10-09 18:27:31 routing failed for info@nckiitaly.gdn: Unrouteable address
*** Frozen (delivery error message)
question: Why I get nothing while run exim -bp, if I have any mail in queue?

You get nothing because when you install that software it changes the way that mail is handled. You'll have to check the mail queue using the application or remove the plugin. For assistance with MailScanner, if you installed it with ConfigServer's application I'd advise you to check their knowledgebase here: ConfigServer Services - MailScanner Front-End 0 -

if you install mailscanner and can't find comman lime exim, try to: exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf -bp |exiqsumm 0
