Forgot password and can't receive emails

I'm trying to log in to cpanel to update the mx record because emails are bouncing back with the following; DNS Error: 1544178 DNS type 'mx' lookup However, I've forgotten the cpanel password, so I can't reset the password as I'm not receiving emails. Can someone suggest a solution? Thanks
