    Hello, I'd suggest first ensuring that the connection directly to the cPanel server functions as intended then configure CloudFlare. If you've pointed your nameservers to CloudFlare and they reflect the correct IPs in their interface there shouldn't be an issue unless it's occurring with the aws interface. Further to that, I can't view your attachments, so I'm not able to see what you're attaching to the ticket, can you please re-upload and add them?
