IMAP: How to move "Sent/Trash/Drafts" folders out from under the INBOX?
Hello,
I just configured a new IMAP account, and all the folders (sent/drafts/trash/spam) are located "under" the Inbox folder.
How can I change that, so all these folders are on equal level?
Thanks.

Hello, When you say: I just configured a new IMAP account,
How did you configure the account? These folders exist on the same hierarchical level by default in Webmail.0 -
I created the email account in cpanel and then used the auto-configure functionality in Outlook to connect it as an IMAP account. When I look at the account in Outlook on the left side area, all the folders are "under" the Inbox. If I collapse the inbox by clicking the little triangle thingy in front of the inbox, then all the folders are no longer visible. 0 -
That's going to be an Outlook specific thing. This is their info on it: Working with message folders in Outlook.com 0 -

Electric, did you solve this?0 -

No. All folders are located under the inbox. Apparently it's just how cpanel email works.0 -
In order to make it work, clients are forced to use POP method :( 0
