MySQL Did not working when the site/domain do task

Hey guys can i ask something with my whm/cpanel configurations, Recently i made a site with have MySQL/PHPmyAdmin and then i configure this right but when i create a new account task do fine but when i see the account that i made on phpmyadmin does not record the task that i made. Is this has a problem with MySQL? I have already Cloudlinux/Litespeed but still have an problem.
