Libjpeg not installed on my server

Hello, I need Libjpeg enabled but I dont know how to enable it on my php 7.4, it's not present in GD list phpinfo. I have latest cpanel with Centos 6 and php fpm. Someone can give me the directive please ? I know ssh, etc but not the command line.
