Cannot Read License File
To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.
You can purchase or lease a license directly from Partners.
If you do not currently own a license, register at the request a trial license.
The cPanel license server replied that the license has been activated on too many machines (600). Please contact billing@cpanel.net The exact message was:
The license has been activated too many times on different machines. (xxx.xxx.xx.xxx)

For now I will use your trial license.

Your ip address appears to be locked due to excessive license activate attempts. You can request removal of the lock by sending your ip address to billing@cpanel.net. 0 -
As @vacancy noted and as I noted already in another thread this does indeed need to be resolved by cPanel's customer service billing@cpanel.net will work as well as cs@cpanel.net to submit a ticket. 0
