Extra Emails in the Default Email Folder
I have 3 genuine email accounts (totalling 6GB) of duplicated data showing in the default email account as well as in their own discrete mail folder when I look via file manager. Perhaps it is not a real duplicate of the underlying 3 email accounts, it might just be some form of linkage, because it seems to be live and replicating the inbox/sent items of those 3 particular real mail boxes. An inbound email to that email address shows in both the default and user email accounts at the same time.
The reason I would like to delete these from the default mail account is that it is showing a usage by the default email account (which is actually empty itself and has no emails) of an additional 6GB which shouldnt really be in the quota used. I have a total of 20 email accounts in the normal mail folder but only these three shows themselves replicated twice.
How do I break this linkage or delete these folders without damaging the true mail content? I did notice that the root/tmp folder is also 6GB of data and wonder whether that might also be connected with this issue.
Attatched in a screendump showing these accounts? Thanks

Hi @mikecbig I noted it in the other thread but I wanted to let you know here as well: Hello, After some discussion with the Technical Support team here, If anyone here who is experiencing this issue could open a ticket we would very much appreciate it. Our Senior Technical Analysts need a system where the issue is currently occurring in order to replicate the issue as we've been unable to do so internally. Anyone who does open a ticket please update this thread with the ticket ID so I can inform the Senior Tech Analyst. Thanks!
