csf not show country

hello guys I have a cpanel server that uses CSF, which blocks IP by noting the country of origin of said IP by example : (show country of IP) However, I have a problem with another server, where the IP Country is not shown view example: (not show country) How to solve this problem? I would like the country names to be shown as in the first image

  Make sure CC_LOOKUPS = "1" in csf config file (/etc/csf/csf.conf) to display country code and country name.

  I'd second the suggestion for CC_LOOKUPS - it doesn't look like they're being performed.

  I was have the same problem: I have 2 VPS with this value CC_LOOKUPS = 1, in one (more old VPS) work fine, in the new (installed a few days ago, not work, not indicate country. If can help, I changed in this new VPS CC_SERC = 1 to 2, and now, indicate country. Regards.
