Accessing the server using the IP address goes to the 1st account we added

When we access the server using it's primary IP address, it goes to the 1st account we added. This account isn't publically accessible, but I can't find how to change this - I'd like it to go to a blank page. In a non-WHM server, I'd edit the httpd.conf file, but am aware that doing that isn't correct with WHM.
