You should be able to go to cPanel>>Security>>SSL/TLS and add it - if this isn't available you'll need to address this with your hosting provider.

Sorry, but from there, I can only generate view and delete CSR. I can't install CSR given to me by SSL provider.

Hello, Do you have the option to Manage SSL Hosts there? If not this is something your provider has restricted from the account.

SSL hosts? I have 4 options under SSL/TLS. They are
    • Private Keys (KEY)
    • Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
    • Certificates (CRT)
    • Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS)
will any of these options let me upload my own CSR?

Click on Install and Manage SSL for your site, you should be brought to the interface that is titled "Manage SSL Hosts" You can copy and paste your certificate information there and you can upload a certificate.

Sorry but I think you are mistaken, I can install certificate but I cannot install my CSR which has my company name written on it. Without it, on SSL info, my common name appears as my website URL and Organisational Unit is not shown. Am I doing something incorrect or I missed something please help.

If you can install the Certificate, then you may not need the CSR. Also, if the installed certificate is generated with the CSR you are hoping to install, and once installed does not provide the desired company credentials/details, then you should create a new CSR. The existing CSR and CRT should agree on the company details. Any CRT generated by specific CSR can't be modified later by the same CSR.

I think I misunderstood what you're doing. I assumed maybe incorrectly that you meant a certificate, which this is the correct place to do. You can't install just a CSR but you can generate one. Why are you trying to install a CSR created elsewhere? The SSL/TLS -> Certificate Signing Requests option will allow you to generate a CSR with any settings available.
