If you manually click the full backup button in cPanel it will attempt to create the backup but you should receive a notification if it was not a full backup due to running out of disk space, though there is a possibility of having an incomplete backup this way, you should be made aware of this. Automated backups will run a disk space check prior to the running of the backups to determine if there is enough disk space for the backups to complete.

thank you based on your answer, it sounds like even the backup process performed, maybe we have incomplete backup file. so what is the recommended space for create backup manually? for example half space free is enough? Sometimes users want to migrate from another server, and when I log in to their Cpanel, the space is almost full. (for example 80%) according to my experiences, if there is problem during create backup, the file link doesn't appear. is it right? or when I saw the space is almost full, I must avoid from creating backup manually becuase there is possibility for incomplete file?

It's always recommended to have space equal to the size of the account available - if doing compressed backups the size of 1 backup per account. This is standard for Automated backups as well.

Right, it will also send a notice (if you selected that option when initiating the backup) letting you know it was incomplete.
