Facing Some issue regarding PHP Script

One of my user wants to run a educational firm Script on my hosting, his script working fine in Hostgator and godaddy but in my Server he is facing issues of %)) Internal Error. he is trying to access from localhost:8000 but i think i had blocked access of 127.0.0.1 ports because WHM Security Advisory recommended that. Now i wanted to know that how can his script work on my hosting? Their PHP Requirements:

• php (version 7.1.0 required)
  • Openssl
  • PDO
  • Mbstring
  • Tokenizer
  • JSON
  • CURL
• Apache
  • Mod_rewrite

i can't find openssl,tokenizer,json,curl in Easyapache PHP 7+ version too. Help me in that also. how can i enable all of these extensions. Attaching the error which he received while accessing from localhost:8000. and when he try to access from url, it shows Access denied. Waiting for Help. Thanks

  Do you have 8000 open as well as port 3306?

  Okay i have allowed both ports by installing Firewall/CSF in server. but still same issue.

  The best way to check is from outside the server do an nmap scan. Something like this should work: sudo nmap -sU -sT -p 8000,3306
