Bacup WHM FTP

Hi, I've been trying to create a backup to our FTP server from WHM but it keeps on giving me this error "Error: Validation for transport "FTP_test" failed: Could not download test file: Timeout" WHM creates the Directory/.temp with text inside it but fails to validate. I'm able to connect with Filezilla and cmd with no problems creating and/or uploading files. Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? WHM version v86.0.18

  When connecting via FTP over the command line interface from the server to the FTP destination are you able to upload and download files?

  The FTP connection does not pass verification.

  I understand that and that's not what I was asking. I'm asking you to use the FTP protocol on the command line to attempt to connect to the remote server. SInce you indicate that you're able to connect without issue using a FTP client which connects from a source outside your server, I am curious to see what the output is when you directly connect: How to use the Linux ftp command to up- and download files on the shell should show you how to do this fairly well.
