/usr/sbin/mysqld High CPU Load

Hello, I have a site, that cpu usage take at least 20% cpu usage, Unless I doing purge at certain page it become like 50-100%. Yesterday, 28 April, I was update my plugin litespeed cache to version 3, then suddenly my site so slow and it even take my cpu usage a lot like 150-300%. So I decided to rollback my litespeed cache using wp rollback to old version. But the problem still there, even now 29 April I didn't do anything to my site. yet the usage spike every 2 hour. I see the snapshot and the problem is /usr/sbin/mysqld take my cpu usage a lot. How to fix this? I gave 3 screenshot which 27-29 April. Sorry for my bad english.
