Hello We have something that creates index files alone in files. Example
What solved this problem and where did it come from?

  Hello, I can't tell you how this started but I would suggest you can the account for malware - either using something like Linux Malware Detect or ClamAV as this appears to be something associated with malware which is commonly present as a result of an out of date CMS plugin/theme/script etc.
