Random error_log file being created and growing GBs in size per second!

It seems that there is some sort of a Wordpress / LiteSpeed / CloudLinux issue that's causing this, reported here by a whole lot of people:

  So this ticket is incredibly old, started 3 years ago and the last response is 9 months ago. This isn't a random error log, it's the PHP error log being referenced. Is this also what you're seeing? What are the errors in the log? The php 7.3 litespeed extension being installed is not the same thing as running on LiteSpeed. What I'd wager this is related to isn't specific to that ticket at all but issues with the Litespeed Caching plugin for Wordpress which was recently updated. Do you have the plugin installed?

  No, no Litespeed, no Litespeed Cache plugin, none of that. Just Apache.

  Ok, what's in the php error log as I requested before? Also if you need an immediate resolution to this issue I'd suggest opening a ticket with our support department as there is not guaranteed to be someone here 24/7 as there is with our technical support department.
