Unable to recover cPanel store account

O had all my licenses migrated from buycpanel and today we got two licences suspended (withou any notice). Im trying to login to the cPanel store account and im unable to recover the password because the email did not arrive, the problem is not my email because i used the same one to register here. Is there any issue with the email delivery of the store? Im unable to contact support because of that!

  As far as I am aware, no there is not an issue with this. Can you send an email to cs@cpanel.net? That should open a ticket for you.

  I just wanted to update that if you do send a ticket to CS and are able to open one can you please update me with the ticket ID here?
