ERROR: User mail@Domain.com is not authorized for Mail (Host: *.*.*.*).

When accessing Horde or RoundCube from webmail on a cPanel installed server it allows me to login, but, when i access specific email account, it shows this message/error: "Error User mail@Domain.com is not authorized for Mail (Host: *.*.*.*)." I tried to force Cpanel update, delete and create again the mail accounts but nothing seems to work.. I'm not very expert in this so i need someone that can take a look inside my whm.. cPanel & WHM" 86.0.16 on CentOS 7.6
