install script into cpanel account if it on specific package

let we say that we need to install a PHP script into Cpanel account after we create the account but if it only account created in specific package. for example: we have ownCloud script. if we create a new cpanel account from WHM on package OWNCLOUD10GB, then cpanel install the owncloud script into that account automaticlly. otherwise if account created on another package nothing happend. any ideas?
